This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our services, so there is no confusion at any stage of the project.
- Project Cancellation by Client
You may cancel a project at any time.
However, the following rules apply:
Before Work Begins
- If you cancel before the project has started, you may receive a partial refund after deducting administrative charges.
After Work Has Started
- Once work has begun, the initial payment (or booking amount) is non-refundable.
- Any completed part of the project will be billed, and the cost will be deducted from any additional amount you paid.
Mid-Project Cancelation
If you cancel the project mid-way:
- You will be charged for the work completed up to that point.
- No refunds will be issued for the completed work or the initial deposit.
- Project Cancellation by Us
Ashwi International reserves the right to cancel a project if:
- Client does not provide the required information or approvals
- Payments are delayed repeatedly
- The project violates our policies or legal rules
If we cancel the project for reasons not caused by the client, a fair refund will be issued based on the work completed.
- Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable due to their nature:
- SEO services
- Digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Branding or creative design hours
- Third-party fees (hosting, domain, tools, plugins, ads)
- Consultation charges
These services involve time, planning, and external costs that cannot be reversed.
- Delivery-Based Refunds
Once a project or service has been delivered:
- Refunds are not available for completed work.
- If you are unhappy with any part of the delivery, you may request revisions as per your project agreement.
- Delays from the Client’s Side
If a project is delayed due to:
- Late content
- Slow communication
- Missed approvals
- Incomplete inputs
No refund will be provided, and project timelines will be extended accordingly.
- Processing Time for Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–14 working days
- The amount will be sent to the original payment method
Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.
